Google Analytics Integration
eComchain provides web analytics for an online store. This data helps administrators make important business and marketing decisions.
To start with, the user creates an Analytics account from Google and signs into it. Navigate to admin tab and create a new account. Fill in the details like Account Name, Website Name, Website URL, Industry Category etc.
Google Analytics will then create a Tracking ID for that website which can be taken note off. Go to Admin and then click on E-commerce Settings. Turn on the Enable Ecommerce and Enable Related Products and then click on the next step. Turn on Enhanced Ecommerce Settings.
Create a label for the funnel steps and Checkout Labeling and then click the Done button. Similarly create labels for Shipping and Billing, Order Confirmation & Order review and then click Submit.
Next, Login into the eComchain Dashboard. In the left side, toolbar bar click on the report. There one can see all the all the sites with the tracking IDs. Tracking ID can also be turned On/Off using a Toggle switch.
Once back to the Dashboard, Click on Access Google Analytics where one the user can see the Countries, Cities, New Users & Browsers and get valuable insights from them.
