Integration with Oracle Quoting

eComchain the most technologically advanced storefront is hosted on a cloud is fully integrated with Oracle E-Business Suite. It has various modules related to Quoting, Order Management, Pricing, Receivables etc.

Sales Reps can also go to the Quotes tab and modify or updates quotes. These updates will simultaneously appear on the eComchain Dashboard.

To create a quote the user needs to click on ‘Create Quote’ under Quotes tab. The user needs to fill in some mandatory quote information like Quote Name, Sales Channel, Expiration Date & Currency. Shipping and Billing addresses are also mandatory.

Once that’s done the user can click on the Finish Button to update the quote items.

Now the quote is displayed on the Dashboard and is waiting for approval from the Sales Rep. The end user will get the details of the quote via an email.com. Once that’s done the Sales Rep converts the Quote to an Order. The quote gets created in the Oracle EBS module in real time.
