Using Bulk Upload Feature to improve efficiency

 

eComchain has enhanced the bulk upload feature for the following data elements that an administrator is able to edit or  update

• Customer Addresses
• User details
• Coupon Codes

Additionally, you can now upload an increased number of Products & SKUs, from 200 to 500, with increased performance, improved error handling and displaying detailed error messages for administrators to fix the data.

Follow these steps to bulk upload Coupon Codes

The csv template similar to the bulk upload for products can be downloaded which will consist of all the Coupon Code data including the price and the date ranges when the code will be valid.

If there are errors during the upload, the system will give a notification with the appropriate error message that can be downloaded,  analyzed, correct and re-upload the corrected file.
