Leveraging Marketing Campaigns to increase the reach
With eComchain, a merchant can set up planned sequence of activities and processes based on the products or services that are being sold on their online store and it can be sent out as emails, text messages, Facebook messages to various types of customers – e.g. registered customers, customers who have been idle or haven’t shopped around for a few days or months. Marketing Campaign module can be used to promote an individual product, service, or resources through a multitude of channels that are used and coordinated to deliver effective results.
eComchain Marketing dashboard displays a snapshot of active campaigns, active surveys sent out, the number of recent orders, and registered users. New Campaigns and New Surveys can also be created using a template designed using Email Templates.
There are 4 category types that an eComchain administrator can pick based on the target, if the campaign needs to be sent out to Idle customers, registered customers, most Loyal customers, or Users who have abandoned carts without placing an order.
Campaigns can also be sent based on the user’s location, Zip Code, City, or State.
Once the Campaign and targeted user list is finalized, the administrator would pick an email template that would be sent out with all the details related to the offer and the campaign in general. This template can be modified using the standard HTML UI as shown below.
Once ready, the administrator would click on the Send tab to send out emails in bulk. A history of Campaigns that were sent using the selected Campaign is listed under Campaign History.
