Customer Loyalty Program
eComchain offers 8 powerful offers to increase customer loyalty and to increase visit frequency and increase spending visits. Businesses can offer Rewards, Coupons, Punch cards, Promotions, Club card, Gift card, Store Credit & Cashback.
Once the admin logs into the eComchain dashboard, on the left pane under ‘Marketing’ the admin can see the Customer Loyalty Settings. The Customer Loyalty Dashboard provides useful information about Visits, Offers, Surveys.
Merchants can also view the Customer Management Pane, merchants are allowed to create new offers or validate offers. End Users can check various offers under their ‘My Rewards Wallet tab’. Once a user purchases an item, during the checkout process users can select the various rewards from the wallet and apply it during checkout. This shall give them an instant discount on their total bill.
