eComchain has added a new feature where you, as a merchant, can determine the order of your products that are displayed on your storefront. This way, the items will be presented in a specific order you need based on supply and demand. This can help improve the visibility of products that you would like to see off the order, in addition to having a major impact on click-through and conversion rates. In addition, your clients can still change the sort order to their preferred view.

Reordering products within a specific category on the storefront

eComchain dashboard provides you with tools to bulk upload products (using .csv file) or create products within a category. Products created or uploaded appear in a particular sort order on the dashboard and it’s the same order that shows up on the storefront as well. If you want to manually sort each and every product, you may do so by dragging and dropping products within a category.

Once you ‘View Products’ for a specific root level category / sub category, you can drag the order of the different products to whoever sequence that you desire

Once you click on the ‘Save’ button, the items in your store will be presented in the specific order you chose for them.
